Tom Kern

Tom grew up playing sports and was always a huge fan of the UFC. After his 16th birthday, Tom joined an MMA class, thinking it would be purely for fun. He lost 25 lbs in 4 months.

For the first time in his life, he knew what it was like to be in shape. This led Tom to 10 fights and 2 amateur kickboxing titles.

His love for martial arts and fitness led him to become a trainer and help others experience the confidence he felt.

To this day Tom still trains martial arts 4-5 days a week on top of weight training and training clients.

Tom truly believe with the right guidance and grit, any goal can be accomplished.
